New Bedford Pizza Spot and More located at 1114 Acushnet Avenue in New Bedford is a top tier, family-run restaurant with “Quality over Quantity” as its number one priority. 

As you walk in, it’s difficult to not be attracted to the framed sports images and posters that line the walls. The entire building boasts a welcoming atmosphere that makes the delicious food they serve all the more appetizing and enjoyable. New Bedford Pizza Spot and More ensures amazing food along with great customer service as they’re owned by dedicated father and son duo, Tony and Devin. In addition to a wide assortment of pizzas that come in multiple sizes, and with an array of toppings, New Bedford Pizza Spot and More offers a multitude of calzones, wings, soups, salads and heroes. They also serve a variety of side orders that include hot dogs, chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks, french fries, garlic bread, and onion rings. 

When I visited I ordered a meatball hero that was cheesy, savory, and toasted to absolute perfection. 

New Bedford Pizza Spot and More is open from 11:30 AM to 11 PM Tuesday-Friday, Sundays noon-11 PM. On Saturdays, however, they open at noon and remain open until 4 AM! 

This, somewhat newly implemented time schedule, resembles Paradise Pizza, a restaurant owned back in the day by the same family. After the final closing of Paradise Pizza, New Bedford Pizza Spot and More became the new name for an establishment with years of delicious food and quality service under their belt.
